About us
We are the Iran Robotics Team and we proudly represent our country in the FIRST Global Challenge, a prestigious global robotics and STEM competition that brings together over 190 countries. Our team has been competing in the challenge since 2017 under the leadership of our head coach Mohammadreza Karami, and we have continuously impressed the judges and spectators with our innovative designs and impressive performances. Since our first season in Washington DC , we have participated in multiple challenges, including the FGC 2018 Mexico and FGC 2019 Dubai challenges, and the 2020 fourth season where we achieved remarkable success with 35 students. We presented two groundbreaking projects, an intelligent system for managing and conserving water consumption and a device for disinfecting clothes and equipment. Our hard work and dedication paid off when we were awarded the Best Mentor Award. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, we continued to compete and impress the judges and audience in the fifth round of the challenge in FGC 2021 with our Smart trash can for compost production, winning second place in the FIRST Global Grand Challenge Award in the Environment branch. We have received numerous accolades, including the silver medal in Engineering Design, the safety and social media awards, and being among the ten finalists of the New Technology Experience challenge in FGC20022 Switzerland. We are committed to diversity and inclusion, creating an empowering and welcoming environment for students of all backgrounds, genders, and sexualities to showcase their talents. We accept students from around the country and aim to have a positive impact on society and the world. our mentors, leads us as we strive to be the next generation of change-makers in Iran, inspiring us to reach our full potential and make a positive impact on the world. Our success in the FIRST Global Challenge and other competitions is a testament to our hard work, dedication, and creativity, and serves as an inspiration to others around the world. We are excited to receive our official invitation for the 7th year of FGC 2023 Singapore and look forward to making our country proud once again.

❜❜ Experienced research assistant working on microalgal bioprocesses and synthetic biology. Skilled in photobioreactor design, biofuel production, genetic engineering, and synthetic biology.
