Trash Cycler

Our team has developed an innovative recycling system called the Trash Cycler, designed to intelligently sort household waste into three categories: organic, recyclable, and general waste. The Trash Cycler employs a camera linked to an AI image processing software and a conveyor belt, enabling automatic sorting of waste.

In addition, the Trash Cycler is equipped with IoT technology, allowing it to connect and send data to a mobile application we have developed. This data can alert users about the storage capacity of the bin, their consumption patterns, and any issues with the device.

The organic waste processed by the Trash Cycler undergoes a series of grinding and drying procedures to remove leachate and bad odors. By breaking down the organic waste, it increases the volume available for more waste to be put into it. This processed organic compost can be used as fertilizer for growing plants or as livestock and poultry feed, producing usable organic material that is free from foreign bacteria.

Users can also sell their compost to the company, providing them with an additional incentive to use the device. Our team conducted extensive research on waste management globally, consulted with professionals in the field, and surveyed the public response to our product. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive and promising, encouraging us to focus our efforts on developing a system that is best suited for household use.
